About the Annual Greentree Neighborhood Garage Sale
- Typically held every year in May, from 8am–3pm on a Friday and Saturday

Participation in the GTNA Neighborhood Garage Sale is GTNA MEMBER BENEFIT
Membership is required to participate—it's only $25 for two years!

Our yearly Garage Sale typically runs like this:
Friday and Saturday, May X and X • 8 am – 3 pm both days
Deadline for signing up if you email photos is (2027 dates TBD) or if no photos (2027 dates TBD).

Garage Sale locations of participating homes, sale items, and photos will be listed on our Garage Sale special website. A QR code also takes you to the garage sale website, including the neighborhood Treasure Map, which will be posted the week of the sale.
A paper Treasure Map with item descriptions of all participating homes will also be available to treasure hunters.
If you want to participate and be included on the list of homes, please complete the online form. (linked during event planning)
It is not hard. Give it a try! If you have questions or need help registering, contact the GTNA Garage Sale Coordinator at GreentreeGarageSales@gmail.com. Look for a response within 24 hours.
Look for treasures the week of the sale. Late garage sale registrations may NOT be included on the map and garage sale website due to time constraints.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Information needed for the fillable form is your name, phone number, street name and house number, general theme or description or “big” item(s) to be offered at your sale (this is your opportunity to “presell” your items), which payments you will receive – Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, and days of your sale.
- You are invited to send 1 - 3 digital photos of your items in JPG or GIF format by May 9 to GreentreeGarageSales@gmail.com. Pictures of your biggest or best items encourage people to come to YOUR sale.
- Photos and sale descriptions will be posted on the GTNA Garage Sale website (space permitting) along with the on-line neighborhood Treasure Map.
